Job Responsibilities
- Fund flow analysis and optimization: Deeply analyze every link of the company’s fund flow, including but not limited to income, expenditure, transfers, etc.; comprehensively map the paths, types, and loss situations of fund inflows and outflows; create clear fund flowcharts and risk assessment reports; identify potential risks in the fund flows, such as operational risks and liquidity risks; propose targeted optimization suggestions and risk control measures to continuously improve the efficiency and security of fund flows.
- System design control and standard formulation: Participate in requirement research and design review of fund-related systems, providing professional opinions and suggestions from the perspective of fund security and risk control; ensure system design complies with company risk appetite and regulatory requirements; establish detailed change management standards and procedures for related systems, clarifying fund security measures and operational steps during system upgrades, maintenance, and scaling to ensure fund safety during system changes.
- Fund reconciliation and anomaly monitoring system design: Design and develop efficient fund reconciliation systems that automatically reconcile data with banks, third-party payment platforms, and other external institutions to ensure consistency and accuracy of fund accounts; promptly identify and handle reconciliation discrepancies and anomalies; build an intelligent fund anomaly monitoring system by setting reasonable monitoring indicators and thresholds, applying data analysis and machine learning techniques to monitor fund flows in real-time and issue alerts for abnormal transactions and potential risk events.
- Emergency response and support: Provide rapid response and technical support during sudden fund security incidents (such as fund theft, system faults causing abnormal funds); assist in drafting emergency plans to minimize risk losses; participate in reviews and analysis of major risk events, proposing technical improvements to continuously enhance risk control technology.
- Cross-department collaboration and communication: Work closely with risk control teams, finance teams, and business departments to integrate demands and resources, promoting the smooth implementation of fund systems and risk control technology projects; clearly explain the principles, advantages, and potential risks of risk control technology to non-technical colleagues and management, ensuring mutual understanding and support for risk control measures.
Job Requirements
- Educational background: Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Management, or related fields.
- Work experience: Over 10 years of fund system development experience; familiarity with financial accounts and bank main account management; practical experience in fund full-chain analysis and fund security risk control projects.
- Technical skills: Proficient in Java, Python, C++, with good programming habits and code standards; familiar with mainstream database technologies such as MySQL, Oracle, capable of efficient database design and optimization; knowledge of distributed systems and microservice architecture; experience in developing high concurrency and high-performance systems.
- Business understanding: Familiar with core modules of fund management systems, such as account management, payment settlement, fund monitoring; deep understanding of financial industry regulations, fund transfer processes, and risk control points; able to analyze and solve problems from both technical and business perspectives.
- Collaboration skills: Excellent team collaboration and documentation abilities; strong ownership mindset.
